Nice product but was only sent 1 of the 4 items I ordered

I have sent 2 emails (over a week ago) and 4 messages on your website and no one has contacted me in regards to my incomplete order. This is so disappointing.
I placed order #100012045SP Tues 19/12 .
I ordered and paid for 4 items and received only on eyeshadow. 
Such a shame as I was keen to try your skin care too, but this experience has deterred me from ordering your product again.
